SERVICES TO OPPORTUNITY PROVIDERS

Working on behalf of Connexions West Yorkshire, Careers Bradford's Careersdirect team helps employers, training organisations and other opportunity providers to secure and retain young employees/trainees. Our service is quality assured and there is no charge.

  • We have current labour market information and keep the latest stats on what young people are doing after Year 11.

  • We can explain about current education, employment and training and changes affecting young people.

  • We will display your vacancy details and guarantee equality of access to that information.

  • We will agree the wording with you before going ahead and help with the details to ensure you attract the candidates you need. Your vacancy is displayed without charge until it is filled or until you tell us to stop.

  • Your vacancy details are posted on the Careersdirect website and are sent in a bulletin to schools, colleges and community centres across Bradford and district. Anyone wishing to apply must contact us first so our high standards will always be met.

  • We will use our CORE database to match your requirements to clients registered with us and send you the most suitable applicants available. We follow up every candidate submitted; and keep in contact with you during this process.

  • We can advise on recruitment and selection procedures. You can book rooms in the Connexions Centre in Bradford for testing or preselection.
